   It's the start of the evening rush hour and as a result the lines are filled with trains carrying people back home from a day at work. Due to an earlier unit failure, your booked 465+466 has been replaced by a 375 for a semi-fast run through to Sheerness. A combination of tight timetabling and some delays mean you'll have to keep an eye out on those signals. You'll be calling at Denmark Hill (17:22), Bromley South (17:39), St Mary Cray (17:45), Swanley (17:49), Farningham Road (17:53), Longfield (17:57), Meopham (18:01), Sole Street (18:04), Rochester (18:13), Chatham (18:16), Gillingham (18:20), Rainham (18:25), Kemsley (18:35), Queenborough (18:44) & Sheerness (18:50). You'll be prepping this 4CEP from cold, before shunting out to Faversham and working a stopping service through to London Victoria. There's some lingering disruption due to a tree blocking the line last night leaving units out of place. Year: 2005.

All local services are diverting via Catford, leading to congestion on this already busy line. Long distance services toward Faversham are diverting via Bexleyheath. You'll be working a local service from Orpington to Victoria amongst all these diverted services. Year: 2021.
