Class 156 - Ex-SR (EMR) 1.0.0

This patch adds an Ex-Scotrail Saltire Variant of the Class 156 As well as a Branding Patch that allows for 156503 to be driven with its EMR Regional Branding which it wore during December on a short term hire from Scotrail.
