    The first service of the day from Bishop Auckland works to Nunthorpe instead of the usual destination of Saltburn, you'll be taking this service throughout calling at all stations bar Dinsdale, Tees-side Airport (& James Cook, as that opened in 2014). Your Pacer is one of few left in the livery of previous operator Arriva Trains Northern. There is a slightly delayed freight service ahead of you for part of the route, you'll have to drive cautiously to stay close to your timetable. You will call at: Shildon (07:26), Newton Aycliffe (07:31), Heighington (07:35), North Road (07:43), Darlington (07:48), Allens West (07:59), Eaglescliffe (08:01), Thornaby (08:07), Middlesborough (08:13), Marton (08:18), Gypsy Lane (08:21) & Nunthorpe (08:24).     A reduced timetable has led to this service, which normally divides to form a service to Hexham to be cut back to terminate at Newcastle. The lines are extremely quiet at midday as services have been reduced to near-Sunday timetables across the entire country, however there are still a few issues causing delays on the line. You will call at: Gypsy Lane (12:20), Marton (12:23), James Cook (12:25), Middlesborough (12:31), Thornaby (12:37), Stockton (12:43), Billingham (12:51), Seaton Carew (12:57) & Hartlepool (13:01) where this service will switch to a Newcastle driver.  Year: 2020.

Due to a height restriction in Yarm Tunnel, your train has to go to Darlington to run-round before continuing down the East Coast Mainline.
